RICKIA BOLDEN, MA, PLPC, NCC
Rickia received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling with a concentration of Clinical Mental Health in May 2019 from the University of Holy Cross. Rickia is a provisionally licensed professional counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has worked with diverse populations serving adults, adolescents, and families. Additionally, Rickia has worked with families and parents implementing parenting skills and strengthening child and family relationships.
Rickia’s counseling goal is to collaborate with clients to reach their most comfortable state influencing self-efficacy through person centered therapy and cognitive behavior therapy. Her style is warm and inviting which influences a trusting partnership which sets the foundation of a client’s counseling experience. Rickia’s areas of focus include grief and trauma therapy.
Rickia is a New Orleans native who enjoys nourishing her relationships with friends and family. On my days off, I enjoy being a backseat rider to my son’s creative, social, and lively world.
Rickia has evening, weekend and telehealth appointments available and is currently not accepting insurance.
